Apparently they had a criminal record in Poland too. How the hell were these sub-human ogres allowed in this country.

That is a question I often ask, Margaret. We seem to be a dumping ground for all of Europe's (and further) dross. I think the Home Office has badly let us down by not carrying out the most basic of checks: of course, we mustn't forget Teflon Tone who decreed that we'd let all and sundry in to keep him in power because we'd give them money and houses.
The 'man in the street' is so often smarter than those we elect to lead us and to look out for us.
