Spare a thought for these passengers....
Mumbai railways define “super dense crush loading” as 14 people per square metre.
Tokyo railways employ “Pushers” to get people onto the trains.
When a Class 117 dmu got loaded to about 24 passengers per bay at Paddington, the bodywork went out of shape and the doors wouldn't shut. Mumbai use sliding doors, and don't bother shutting them if the train's too full.
... and be thankful we aren't that bad, especially at a 125mph.

No They don't worry about H&S in Mumbai, well not alot anyway. That's the curious nature of such places. Anything goes. Well more to the point if it goes, everyone does- 'all aboard '!
