Not sure I agree, Lex. I suspect that the MOD is going to overspend on steel. If this was really a good idea I think BAe and the likes would have been queuing up.

Steel Maker to be Nationalised
Good move by the MoD securing its supply chain (and maybe gaining a few voters for the Conservatives!).
