This is the reason I never frequent coffee shops , restaurants etc.. I have on the odd occasion gone into the Benjamin Satchwell with friends and family but I can count the number of times on one hand.. And I would question their hygiene .. but there hot chocolate is really delicious and you get free top-up's. We survived it though..

But all is not gloom and doom for eating places in Leamington.. I would recommend the Bistro Pierre, they are very clean. Also the only other places I would eat is in Hotel cafe/restaurants , as they have to keep high standards. There was a lovely cafe we used to go to attached the the Angel Hotel, called The Counting House, now closed,, that was really superbly clean , white table clothes gleaming cutlery etc..
The Itialian restaurant is pretty good too to in my estimation. There's other expensive restaurants I haven't been in. I m sure they have high standards..
But there are many restaurants I wouldn't set foot it. I often think customer should be allowed to have a look at the kitchens , before we decide to order a meal.
