They'll be lucky. With housing, 'rewilding', and food production (yes, we actually need to produce food; it doesn't just magically appear in Tesco), there's not a lot of land left.

I can't see this happening, though there's plenty available in North Warwickshire! To be fair, government interference with planning permissions has caused a lot of problems like this.
