An 'enhanced' service with 'substantial benefits'; echoes of the '70s methinks: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/news/people/household-waste-collections-warwick-and-stratford-districts-could-change-under-new-partnership-3012311

Worsening the service supplied but putting a spin on it to convince you it is better! Bet they'll want to charge more as well!

The bin isn't big enough for a 3 week worth of rubbish, and that is just two of us. Ours is always full after two weeks and we are packing the bags down into it. How can families cope with that? WE do use recycle when we can.
I'd rather pay for my rubbish to be collected every other week.
They are building more and more housing everywhere and reducing rubbish collection. What utterly disgusting, retarded thinking is that!

Possibly some cretin who brown nosed their way up the organisation who got dropped into the job, has no concept of how things work & will cut costs to show their boss what a good job they're doing.

Yes, Lex, and then said 'incompetent' will be moved further up the tree where (s)he can wreak even further havoc.
