Some of the flats being built on the site look really small: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/news/politics/council/leamington-hotel-with-a-chequered-history-is-set-to-be-demolished-and-converted-into-apartments-3283670

Shoe boxes.. When the only way to fit a double bed in the only room of a 1 bedroom flat is up against a wall then the room is too small. When I first moved into my shoebox that was the only way to place the bed, so, when I had the redecorating done I went for a small double and can walk around it. Me being pernickety I guess, I don't like climbing over the bed to tuck the other side in.
