I think I see trouble on the horizon here. The true situation has been massaged and hidden for far too long. Chickens are coming home to roost and people are going to get hurt.
The housing bubble also has to burst at some point.

House price rises have been slowing down for sometime as well. The Brexit Bump (if Brexit ever happens!) won't help matters either.
