Fertilisers are known to be potentially explosive. Presumably the H&S issues will be scrutinised with this one. |

The first estimate I heard is that up to 15 people have been killed, but the emergency services basically have no idea of the numbers of casualties. |

Apparently the explosion happened as firefighters were tackling a blaze there. They are some of the missing. |
