Fertilisers are known to be potentially explosive. Presumably the H&S issues will be scrutinised with this one.

The first estimate I heard is that up to 15 people have been killed, but the emergency services basically have no idea of the numbers of casualties.

Apparently the explosion happened as firefighters were tackling a blaze there. They are some of the missing.
