Rishi's taken over, and things seem to have settled down somewhat.

Now for the easy job of sorting the country out.......

I personally think that he will fall flat on his face. Not because of any lack of ability, but because others will conspire against him.

He has a juggling act, the pound needs to grow, but so does the stock market. Usually, they act in opposition!

I agree. he is, at least, the brightest politician we have seen (which might be a back handed compliment!). Whoever has appointed him may possibly be more concerned with the India - Russian Federation alliance than any other credentials he has. Can anyone understand what is really going on between the Saudi's and Russia? Is there really a threat to the petro-dollar? And the Americans themselves seem to promote an end to fossil fuels, which would destroy their own dominance. I don't buy it.

I'm giving Rishi the benefit of the doubt - he seems more capable than the last 4 put together.

That wouldn't be hard, Lex.

However, there are already stories circulating that he might have lied to Parliament over Braverman, in which case his tenure might be very shortlived.

Hmm.. Wonder what Larry thinks - he has seen it all before so has a bit of experience.
