Councils want crackdown on illegal tattooists - BBC News
Unregistered tattooists are putting children at risk of contracting hepatitis and HIV, according to a report by the Local Government Association (LGA).
It says they use cheap equipment bought online and offer low-cost designs to children via social media
BBC News looks at the dangers associated with unlicensed tattoo parlours.
