I think that a far more accurate term, Lex, as you are usually arrested as being under suspicion of comitting a crime. |

I'm not quite sure what's happening here. The death is no longer suspicious, but was originally reported as not being suspicious, and the suspect has been released 'under investigation': https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/unexplained-death-woman-property-coventry-19148333 Bad reporting by the paper? Police not communicating properly? |
