Charity hub once the home to famous Coventry car manufacturer celebrates 25 years

The building once home to one of Coventry's most famous car manufacturers is celebrating a huge milestone next month. Harp Place, Sandy Lane, is a home for multiple community organisations in Coventry offering affordable, private office space, as well as counselling and training facilities.

June will see the venue celebrate 25 years of trading at a site which was once home to Daimler - one of the world's earliest motor car manufacturers which once provided vehicles to the Royal Family. Daimler eventually merged with Jaguar, and though the brand remained strong for some years, like many of our city's motor industry, it fizzled away.

But, it's Sandy Lane offices has remained at the beating heart of the city, giving something back to the local community.
