Popular Coventry pub boarded up months after shutting

A popular Coventry pub located just outside the city centre has been boarded up. The Aardvark on the Butts has been closed for several months.

As reported previously by CoventryLive, pub company Stonegate, which owns it, had previously said the venue would be "reopen in the future". But with the large street-facing windows now covered by metal shutters, it is still not known when this might be.

We have approached them to ask about the latest development and to see if there is an update on when its doors might be open again.
