Whilst I love water features, I always think that they are a magnet for 'pranks' in public settings. Unfortunately, these pranks are usually expensive to clean up. |

It's a sad reflection when something that is appreciated by the majority is removed because of pranksters and the cost involved of clearing up after them. |
