Strange how pubs that are no longer required by breweries/pubcos often burn down isn't it? |

I was talking to a friend earlier. Be was saying that ehen he was growing up in Birmingham, things like this were always happening to pubs where planning permission for redevelopment had been turned down. |

The pub burns down, then planning permission to demolish it & build more houses than originally sought is applied for. Not suspicious at all: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/news/plans-for-former-pub-in-warwick-withdrawn-1-8620023 I'm sure another application will be put in soon. |
