We seem to have a throw away policy to many buildings these days which I find ridiculous.
Whilst technology will always change, it's often foolhardy and unnecessarily expensive to demolish what we have just to take advantage of latest developments. But of course, the money doesn't come out of the personal pockets of those making the decisions!
