ST has dug up a road by me. As per usual, the road has been dug up, but after about 3 PM nothing is happening. Having looked at the estimated completion date on their signs, it is mentioned TBA. This is simply not good enough. ST need to pull their fingers out. |

Well, they do have to dig holes in roads and disappear for 2 weeks before reappearing to fill them again across the whole Midlands. They can't be everywhere at once!! |
