The driver is spectacularly dim. You are far more likely to crash a car that you are unfamiliar with than one you've driven for years.
I wonder if it was taxed?

I bought my last car from a garage, and the tax was sorted before I took it off the forecourt. If he bought it privately, I'd think he didn't bother or 'forgot' to tax the car. |
