I noticed a definite increase of traffic on the M6 this morning when I walked the dog. (The M6 is quite visible from our walks.) I assume this was because of the accident?

I imagine traffic would have been diverted all over the place; there was another crash on the M40 on Monday, and people were sent off in all directions.
