There's no name to what kind of concoction these drug are or what they are contaminated with. But I guess the pushers know what they are.

Take drugs take your chance!
I've just returned from our local. You could smell the drugs outside. - A rare occurrence as the place is normally empty. But, if I can smell it, so can those enforcing the law.

The police don't seem to be too bothered about casual users; they seem to be concentrating more on dealers.
