I haven't got a kindle and some books I look for are out of print so usually I go to Abe books site. Many are post free and if you don't mind secondhand they are cheap. From 99P. Last week I had 5 books for £4.00post free.I bought English Journey by J B Priestly for 1.99, and Good Companions for the same. Sometimes they are 2 for £1.00, Mostly these are books I have always wanted to read. Just ordered 'The Last Flag Down' by John Baldwin. What would we do without internet. When I came out of hospital and couldn't walk for weeks, or drive for 6 months it was my saviour. |
