Police seized the cannabis in Studley and arrested one man, who is being held at Leamington Spa under suspicion of conspiracy to distribute a controlled drug. With 3.12 million people using cannabis, and the black market for it worth £1,179 million a year, it doesn't sound like a controlled substance to me.

I seem to remember the helicopters in the far north of NZ looking for plantations in the bush. They would locate, destroy and have a burn up... some of the cannabis fans would sigh and say ... "what a waste". Life can be fun without having to use drugs and even better you remember what you have done, where you have been and no ill effects on the body in the short or long term.
