About time. I don't know about elsewhere, but Stratfordians have been complaining about the state of the town's drains for years: https://www.stratford-herald.com/news/summit-to-examine-water-issues-9233120/

I rarely see a gully cleaner these days and I've noticed that during warm dry spells the roadside gullies often pong a bit.

We also get the occasional noxious honk around Stratford too.
