Rayner (and the rest of the rabble) are absolutely sh*t scared of a wipe-out come the May local elections. Hence they are trying anything possible to delay them.

I'm impressed by how quickly the Labour government's decended into a complete s***show. It took the Conservatives years to achieve that.
