I wonder if there is any chance of this becoming catching. If staff are not mostly happy it reflects badly on the business in many ways. There will always be those that take the Mickey but people like this who make such changes need to be commended for taking a stand against what seems to have become the norm in work places. Providing an environment for staff that promotes a more balanced work/homelife will reap positive benefits.

Would be nice if it did happen, we spend most our lives working, so it should be a priority for bosses to make it as enjoyable as possible for people.
