Ok, I'm not a big user of Cling Film, but have used it recently and noticed that you can either purchase PVC or non PVC. So what's the difference?

I believe it's the plasticiser used. Some produce will leach the plasticiser out and it will contaminate the food. Sorry, I can't remember much more than that.

Just to add, it's the pvc version that was problematical, especially with fatty foods.
