The animal heads were found by James Robinson in an alley just off Wilmslow Road, which is an area famous for its Indian restaurants.

‘I was going out for some food and walking down the side street when I saw a black bin bag filled with something that looked suspicious,’ the 34-year-old told Manchester Evening News.

‘When I opened it I couldn’t believe my eyes. There were about five cats’ heads in there. I can’t get over the shock of it.’

Metro

Jokes apart, I often wonder just what does go into some takeaway meals. I think I'll steer well clear for the foreseeable.

When blokes roll out the pub at night and go for a takeaway, they are too sozzled to know what they are eating.

Sadly Margaret, that is all too true.

After a night out (not a drunken one) I often used to stop by the local chippie for my supper. I can't recall ever having a problem with the food. However, with pizzas, curries and kebabs, I can't say the same.

Later I saw in the Times that it happens here and and not just abroad.
