I can't believe all these small minded idiots having a go at the policeman who was hitting this women. Let's remember something here, she was attacking (violently) an officer of the law. He was trying to lawfully subdue her; he was well within his right to knock her clean out but he didn't.

What would they rather the officer had done? If he'd wanted to cause her serious harm, he could have quite easily have done so.
