Changed my mind for tonight's food.

I've just put the slow cooker on for a sausage casserole. It'll be ready about 8:00 just right, I'll wash it down with a glass of cider and then settle down for a good read afterwards.

Burger batches tonight.

I'll do Chicken Marsala tomorrow. It'll last for Saturday too.

I had a very warm and rich chili tonight. I'll be having it with a few chips tomorrow, and possibly as a potato topped pie on Monday!

Slow-cooked chicken leg in peanut sauce with jacket potatoes. Had it with rice last night and probably with chips tomorrow.

I had a chicken Kiev with veg and chips, but I noticed that the chips from - Tesco got to read the back of the package- ingredients, made with rice flour and Maize flour. No thanks they were horrible and dry. I much prefer just pure potato chips.

If I'm buying frozen chips, Margaret, it has to be McCains.

I've got teriyaki and pineapple pork bubbling away in the slow-cooker. I'll have it with rice tonight and tomorrow. Tomorrow I'll make the rice with the slow-cooker juices.

I made Penne Pasta today, very nice ,I added some veg and garlic to it. topped it with grated cheese.
For pudding which I rarely indulge in, I had apple crumble and custard.

Not sure about today yet. But for the last couple of days, I've had beef, bacon and carrot casserole. It was incredibly tasty with good old mash. - Slow cookers are great!
