Definitely I agree. Radio Prague English service has also had accounts about the fountain in the past as well which I was grateful in hearing about it.

Leamington Spa Mentioned on Radio Slovakia International WW2 series
On April 15th 2020 RSI English service broadcasted another episode in their history series about WW2 mentioning Jephson Gardens and the Czechoslovakian soldiers memorial fountain in the park.
The Leamington Spa part on the broadcast begins around 20:45 minutes and ends about 24:05 minutes.
