I think we're going to see a swing to the right in this country too. The reason is that those we have elected have failed in their first duty, which is to protect their citizens.

In the UK and across Europe we have seen unfettered and unrestricted immigration with people who have values and customs incompatible with our own, yet have they often been treated better than our own. Those who dare speak out about this are labelled one 'ist' or another and attempts are made to shut them down. The people are fed up with it.

I'm afraid the imbecile politicians only have themselves to blame.

Rise of Far-Right in Europe
France has called an election in light of right-wing gains in European elections: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-europe-69102843

I find this worrying. I was of the opinion that leaving the EU was a mistake (despite originally voting to leave), but now I'm not so sure.....

Maybe we're better off out of it, looking at recent results.
