I must admit I don't purchase cornflour on its own.. I have no need for it really, though I love custard powder and that I think is made from cornflour. I buy birds custard powder in the tub.
Shizara, I remember in the past you were enquiring about Cathedral cheese. Was it their grated cheese you had trouble getting? Anyway, I have discovered they sell the grated cheese in ASDA. It's nice to sprinkle on baked spuds.

It isn’t something you use every day so smaller amounts would be ideal from the customer perspective.

I use it too. Maybe Tesco's problem is that they sell it in quite large boxes?
When I was a kid, mum always bought small boxes for making her gravy. I'm still only halfway down a Tesco box that I bought 12 months ago.

Hmm.. I use cornflour for baking and it is much nicer for gravies than flour.
