It's not worth gambling online. What they don't explain is what the glitch means, does it mean there was some problem in the game from the software point of view, or does it mean, there is a glitch in the actual payout? Betfred, will probably take the vow that this guy has done as much damage to them through bad publicity as he is going to do.

Sore losers
I believe that gambling debts are 'honour' debts and as such, cannot be legally enforced: therefore other than causing embarrassment, I suspect the case will fail.
