Pavement cyclists really get on my wick. If I see one coming towards me on a pavement, I deliberately move to its centre so they have to go round me or get on the road where they belong.

Yes, I have a mate that imports 'monkey bikes'. We've had several interesting discussions about this type of thing.

But I'd hope the authorities will also crack down on cyclists using the pavements and cyclists using the road after dark with no lights.
