Chewing Gum lost it's flavour...
Have just thought of a superb job if those that allocate community service hours for naughty people run out of ideas.

The local council have put in a lot of time re bricking the town centre, however, either we have a phantom chewer in town who has shares in the chewing gum company or a large number of people have decided to add their stamp to the bricks by dropping their flavourless chewing gum to be stamped down. It's an eye sore and detracts from the appearance of the bricks.
