Nuneaton Canal - Towards Hartshill
Hi All,
having had many walks along the canal in nuneaton which travels up towards hartshill on the quarrymans walk i discovered on the right hand side near to the network rail building the site of an old building which has now been demolished but some still remains does anybody know what this building once was?
Also, just next to the site of this now demolished building is what appears to be an old rail track..the tracks have now gone but what appears to be the outline of the old track remains ..
anybody got any knowledge of this area? any interesting storys about its history etc?
be great to hear from anyone as im very interested..
thanks
