They will be building a bypass to the roundabout for A46 traffic, at some point... :rolleyes: so far they have put a track in on the end of the a46, on the cov side of the roundabout so the traffic can do a U turn, by the looks of it (why you would want to, is another question...)
Can't wait for a 2 mile trip to work to turn into a 5 mile trip with the added bonus of getting through Warwick when its busy.... :o

The Longbridge Island...
I see there is a build up of bollards and signage on the roundabout.... Does any one know if this is the start of work on the new road, or if they are just spending more money on the old road, before they take all the traffic off it...
(I must disclose an interest to the committee, I live just one side of it and work just on t'other..
Not looking forward to 18 months of roadworks...
