That is one of many bad junctions on the Fosse. I often used to use that road on my way home after work, or after a day out in the Cotswolds. Often there were various signs of accidents. I always found the junction at Hunningham Hill very dangerous.

Fosse Way Junction Improvements Unlikely
Safety improvements to a notorious road junction near Leamington are unlikely to happen any time soon if at all. Despite almost 1,500 people signing a petition for Warwickshire County Council to look into the possibility of altering the junction of the Fosse Way and Harbury Lane the authority has said it does not have the funds to carry out a project and that the crossroads is only 13th on its list of priority sites. http://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/news/local-news/improvements-unlikely-at-fosse-way-junction-which-is-13th-on-council-s-list-1-6601066
