I would think any electric vehicle that gets its batteries wet would be considered a right-off, Margaret. I bet nobody within the industry has considered this as yet.

So much for electric cars when they come about, because in effect it would need a complete refit if submerged in a flood.

Yeah, I've got a 4X4 it can do anything!
I had a mate get swept away in a 4X4 with the water only up to his wheels.
