The first time I came across this was in Dubai in the early 2000s. An accident would occur, people would actually stop their cars and take pictures of the dead and maimed, then they'd spend the rest of the day showing them to their friends. It is sick.
Sadly, that sickness has now spread to the UK. I wish the police well in their action, but I think I see a few chancers from the legal profession making money.
