Just noticed I put 'Wind' in the title, instead of 'Win'. Maybe a Freudian slip, as I might have subconsciously thinking about a phrase that includes the word 'wind', and another starting with 'p'?

As a small one person trader (training) I found I couldn't afford to be a supplier to big organisations. They took so long to pay it wasn't worth my while.
Incidentally, my brother found the same when dealing with legal aid. After a few cases he just stopped taking on clients that couldn't afford to pay their own way.
