If having to work a late shift I find that my last train home has long gone I will usually get the later train to Coventry. However, at that hour of the evening there is no way I will walk from the railway station into Coventry to get a bus service home should there be one available. I usually have to resort to paying for a taxi, in which case I call for one outside of the area as I am not happy to haggle with the drivers outside of the station. Now, a service from the station, much like the replacement bus services that the railway put on would be most welcome.
