Climate change is just another stick to beat the electorate with and part them from more of their money. As with all of these things, if you want to see the veracity of the claims, follow the money.

It'll be interesting to see what the Lib Dems come up with in Stratford: https://stratfordobserver.co.uk/news/stratford-lib-dems-proclaim-change-is-here/

It doesn't work in molti-party politics, but no-one seems to have settled on a suitable alternative.

it's rather a joke, as both parties manipulate things to suit themselves. Maybe, it's time to dump the FPTP system?

No doubt Labour will try and manipulate the system to benefit them if they get in at the next election.

As a pundit said on the radio today (Radio 4, no less!), the Conservatives 'Got a kick in the ballots'. We've got a Lib Dem run council in Stratford now, and the Tories did similarly badly across the City & County.

I spoiled my vote. Nothing rude or offensive, but they will read my views

The Lib Dems and Labour both think they've got a decent chance in my area. I'd put money on the LDs doing well, but Labout won't get a look in.

I shall enjoy wandering along and having my say.

I agree with that.

I honestly struggle at times to see the differences between Labour and Conservative. The largest common denominator though, is career politicians out for all they can get for themselves.

Labout are looking to capitalise on dissatisfaction with the Conservatives. Not that they'll do any better, the current economic cluster**** if partly their fault: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-65349493
