Difficult job.

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law fostered kids. I won't go into detail, but they were really crap parents. The local authorities thought the world of them though and they made lots of money from it.

Not a job I could, or would want to do. Thankfully there are those that do it and many do it for the right reasons.
