Apparently, we've had the wettest weather for February since records began.

It's the first time this winter the Avon around Stratford has burst it's banks: http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/watch-torrentrial-rain-floods-homes-10856274

Damn right; as long as you adjust to conditions - ie drive as the conditions dictate and dress for the weather - there's nothing to worry about.

I read that earlier today and thought it was a joke. A little bit of cold and a couple of millimeters of snow and the country grinds to a halt.

Man up and do your bl**dy duty NBBC!

Looks like we've got some flooding on the way: http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/local-news/flood-alerts-still-place-warwickshire-10661416

The only worry is if the high winds blow down already weakened trees. Could be nasty.

Yeah, I think we're in autumn, it does tend to be rather wet and breezy.

Seriously, what is it with these people? The UK is generally wet, cold and windy!

It was a little 'breezy' here.

It's Autumn, we get winds!

Bad Weather
I don't know what all the panic is about, it's not as we haven't had bad weather before: http://www.warwickcourier.co.uk/news/local-news/greenway-impassable-and-trees-down-after-storm-barney-hit-1-7071988

I've just planted some flowers in the tubs, hope it isn't too early for them or too cold.
There is a lovely sunrise this morning and looks like it might warm up today.
My brother phoned me from Florida the other day and says there temperature is in the 80's . Don't think I'll be flying over there though. :)

This weeks weather could have been a lot worse. I've only seen minimal damage as I've walked the dog.

But hey, it's March, we get winds in March.

Typical; at least there's half a chance of dry weather on Saturday & Sunday.

We had a couple of mm overnight, but it's melting very quickly now.

Same here - a dusting overnight, which was quickly being melted by the rain.
