Warwickshire Unitary Authority?

Seeing how Stratford District Council is run by councillors of all colours who seem to be concerned about their own interests over the big picture more often than not (eg parking fees in Stratford town & plenty of free parking in the rest of the district), a Unitary Authority for the county will wreck local services even further.
