Maybe a building surveyor could help? Or possibly the insurance company that covers his property could suggest someone.

Water saturation in ground
Does anyone know who does Geological Surveys.
My son needs to find out who the water level is in his ground / courtyard, near his house.
I believe they use a Water Data Logger. for this.
So who can he contact?
